How do I pay for entry, food and drinks?
The event is entirely CASHLESS – You must have a credit or debit card with VISA or MASTERCARD logo to purchase drinks and food.
I can’t find my tickets!
If you haven’t received your ticket email, first check your junk or spam folder — sometimes it hides there! If you are still not able to locate your ticket email please contact info@capfood.com.au
When and where is Smoked Festival held?
Smoked Festival takes over the Rockhampton Showgrounds on February 6 & 7, 2026 for two huge days of BBQ, bands, bulls and beers.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes entry to the festival, access to watch cooking demos, expo, wrestling, cowman gaming tournment, grandstand viewing for Xtreme Bull Riding and live music across both days. Food and drinks are available for purchase inside the festival.
Is Smoked an all-ages event?
Yes! Smoked is a family-friendly festival. Kids under 7 FREE, tickets must be purchased for children aged 7-17. (All children must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at all times). Family passes available.
Is Xtreme Bull Riding included in my ticket?
Xtreme Bull Riding grandstand seating is included for General Admission tickets. Tickets for Ringside seating are available on our ticketing page unless sold out.
Is Fred Brophy’s Fight Troupe included in my ticket?
No, Fred Brophy’s Fight Troupe is not included for General Admission tickets. Tickets are available on our ticketing page unless sold out. This is strictly a ages 15+ event.
Will there be tickets at the gate?
If not sold out, a limited number of tickets may be available at the gate – but we recommend buying online in advance.
What if it rains?
Smoked Festival is an all-weather event — rain, hail or shine, the show goes on! Bring a poncho and embrace the smoky vibes.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets permitted (service animals excepted).
Can I leave and re-enter the festival?
Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband (conditions apply).
Do you honour Companion Cards?
Yes, companion cards are valid at the gate.
Is there free parking at the event?
Yes! There is limited free parking around the showgrounds. However, we recommend you carpool or ride share to the event.
Is camping available?
There is NO camping on site, however, there are plenty of places to camp in the region. Visit https://www.explorerockhampton.com.au/Plan-Your-Visit/Accommodation/Camping-and-Caravanning for all your camping options.
