Luiz’s Barbecue is the passion project of Luiz, who was born and raised in Brazil, where barbecue is all about bringing people together. After growing up grilling over fire with family and friends, Luiz brought his love of Brazilian BBQ to Australia and soon fell for low-and-slow barbecue too. In 2023 he combined the two and launched Luiz’s Barbecue, serving smoky, fire-cooked food made with plenty of patience, craft and heart. For Luiz, nothing beats seeing people enjoy his food and knowing he’s made their day a little better.
